If you’ve browsed our web store recently, you may have noticed a few changes. The FoodReach team has been working behind the scenes to make shopping with us easier and more convenient. Here are some of the latest updates:

🕒 Lead Time Visibility
Special order products with a lead time of 2+ days now display a clock icon throughout the website, making it easier to see when an item will be available for delivery.

🏷️ Product Filtering
You can now filter products by brand, vendor, storage location, or tag. Use the “next day delivery” filter to view products available with no additional lead time.

❤️ Favourites Lists
Save products to your favourites list by clicking the heart icon next to any item. Access your lists anytime under My Account > Favourites. For items you order regularly, you can now “add all items to cart” from your favourites list then adjust quantities at checkout to exactly what you need.

📢 Holiday Closure Notifications
The website will now display notice banners in advance of upcoming holiday closures, giving you more time to plan your ordering schedule.

🛒 Product Categories
We’ve updated our product categories to make it easier to find everyday staples and discover new favourites.

📝 Product Details
Click on the image of any product to view the details page including ingredients, packaging details, nutrition facts, and storage recommendations.

Please be advised that North York Harvest Food Bank will be closed Dec 23-Jan 1. There will be no deliveries during that time.

Order Deadlines
Our closure may affect your upcoming order deadlines.

Jan 2 deliveries – order by noon Dec 19
Jan 3-4 deliveries – order the day before delivery by noon. Exception: if your order contains dairy, bread, eggs, or meat on backorder, order by noon Dec 21

Any deliveries after this time can be ordered according to your usual order deadlines.
