Any time you have questions about delivery, an order, inventory, etc., submit a support ticket (Link)! This will help improve your customer service experience so you can track when your question has been received, processed, and resolved. No more wondering if we’ve received your voicemail or email, you can view the status of your question in real-time.
2. Payment updates
Located in your order history (Link), you will be able to see when payments have been received and which invoices remain unpaid.
3. Delivery days and deadlines
Did you forget your delivery day? No worries! This information is located in your account overview <link to my account>, so you never have to forget again.
4. Suggest a product
Are you seeking product that we don’t currently offer? Let us know (Link) and we can investigate price and sourcing product.
