When making an online purchase, you have the option to pay by credit card or by cheque. If you select the credit, your payment will be processed immediately. If you selection cheque, you can mail a cheque to the address below within 30 days of your purchase.

Delivery
Product is shipped directly from the supplier to the customer. Each vendor will assign a delivery day to each customer based on your location. Navigate to your account to review your delivery day and order deadlines.

Why is there an order minimum for each vendor?
Order minimums ensure that vendors are able to provide free delivery and maintain low prices for our customers. Our product offering comes from a variety of vendors that are shipped direct to you from the supplier, which requires us to put individual order minimums on certain types of products like dairy, produce, and pantry items.
Why do I receive deliveries from different vendors?
FoodReach is always making sure that our customers are receiving the best price for the best quality product. This means that we procure product from multiple vendors who deliver directly to you.
Can I receive deliveries from different vendors on the same day?
This is unique to each type of customer and vendor. Delivery days and times are often customized to each customer’s location. To verify your delivery days and order deadlines, please review your account details . If you would like to know more, please reach out to [email protected].
My order didn’t arrive/ only part of my order arrived, what do I do?
Sometimes vendors are unexpectedly short on product and unable to fulfill the full order request. If your order doesn’t arrive or only part of your order arrived, please fill out a support ticket by 1:30pm on the same day you expected delivery. Be sure to include your order number and let us know that your order did not arrive. We will either arrange an off-date delivery or provide a credit for the product.
How do I receive my invoice?
Your invoice is emailed to you in your order confirmation email. It can also be found in your account history, where you can view and download all of your past orders.
How do I pay for my order?
